SYSTEM INQUIRY
 
1. How can I edit my personal information?
A: You may log in to http://login.returnlegacy.com then click on Member Login > Member Management > Edit Information.
 
2. How do I check my Member I/C status?
A: You may log in to http://login.returnlegacy.com then click on Member Login > Member Management > Sponsor Hierarchy.
 
3. I have inserted the wrong name / I/C / bank details. How do I amend it?
A: You will have to refer to http://returnlegacy.com/g_c_d.php > Inquiry Type > Member Detail Enquiry and fill in the Distributor Information Change Notice with a copy of your I/C attached. After filling the form, click submit and we will try our best to respond to you in three (3) working days.
 
4. Why is my Member I/C being rejected?
A: Your Member I/C is being rejected because the info that you have entered are not tally with the info of your Identity Card. To amend/change it, kindly refer to question (3) above.
 
5. How to reactivate Member I/C?
You will have to refer to http://returnlegacy.com/g_c_d.php > Inquiry Type > Member Detail Enquiry and fill in the Distributor Information Change Notice with a copy of your I/C attached. After filling the form, click submit and we will try our best to respond to you in three (3) working days.
